Narragansett Brewery Race Course:
6.55 Miles of Lil Rhody
Narragansett Brewery Race Course
The Narragansett Brewery Race Course kicks off from the Narragansett Brewery, situated on the shore of Providence Harbor in Providence, Rhode Island.
Runners head out onto the East Bay Bike Path, and ascend gently onto the Washington Bridge before proceeding through the George Redman Linear Park, leading into East Providence.
Once in East Providence, runners rejoin the East Bay Bike Path, journeying southward along the Providence River, passing by Watchemocket Cove, and eventually reaching the turn-a-round just past Squantum Point.
Runners retrace their path back to the starting point, culminating the route with a final ascent onto the Washington Bridge, before crossing the finish line right at the doorstep of the Narragansett Beer taproom, where festivities and libations await!

Other Course Considerations
Weather:
The average high temperature on race day is 63 degrees F. The average low temperature on race day is 48 degrees F. Therefore, most likely we’ll be somewhere in the 50s at race start time.
Safety Concerns:
For your own safety we ask that you do NOT wear headphones in the race. This is so on-course police and volunteers can better communicate with you, and you can hear local traffic on the sections that are not on the East Bay Bike Path.
Course Cutoff:
You have 2 hours to complete the 6.55 mile course until our police and volunteer support step down.
Aid Stations:
There is one water station that you’ll pass by twice during your 6.55 mile effort near Watchemocket Cove. You’ll first pass by at just about mile 2.4, and once more as you pass the 4.2 mile mark.
First Aid:
If you need medical attention on the race course please notify a race volunteer or staff member. We will have an on-site EMT monitoring the runners at the start/finish line.
